fix: mls LED 명령 ASCII 포맷으로 변경 (buildCommand→buildCommandASCII)

기존: mls? + [0x05, 0x00] (2바이트 LE 파라미터) → LED 안 바뀜 변경: mls?5 (ASCII 숫자) → exe 프로그램과 동일 포맷 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
