fix: mid? 명령 포맷 변경 — buildCommandASCII("mid", " ") 공백 포함

기기에서 rxs:mid? (unknown command) 응답 → 포맷 문제 가능성
buildCommand("mid") → buildCommandASCII("mid", " ") 로 변경하여 테스트
