ui: Settings overlay 에 연결된 Device 이름 표시

기존 App / Firmware / Serial 정보 섹션에 "Device" 행 추가.
연결된 BLE 디바이스명 (예: VBT26050202) 노출.

connectedDeviceName 이 비어있으면 행 자체 안 그림 → 미연결
상태에선 이전과 동일하게 깔끔.

(feature/tab-navigation 의 설정 → 앱 정보에도 동일 표시 추가)
