발표자료·외부 참고문서(가이드라인 PDF·펌웨어 zip·엑셀 임시파일)가
untracked 로 계속 뜨던 것 정리. feature/cloud-mvp 와 같은 정책.

이미 추적 중인 ppt/ 하위 5개는 그대로 둔다 (.gitignore 는 tracked 파일에
적용되지 않으며, 작업물이라 임의로 추적 해제하지 않음).
